MK sweet potato cart?

I read about a sweet potato cart in Frontierland on the Disney Parks blog a while ago. I've been wondering about it ever since. Anyone know where it is and when it's open? I've got a little girl who would can put away a sweet potato (and let's face it, her mom can too), and that sounds like a great healthy lunch option. Thanks!

I remember reading that they sold potatoes in either Liberty Square or Adventureland, but I was always under the impression that they were BAKED potatoes.
