I think Disney generally does an amazing job with dietary restrictions. I guess not every food location can cater to everyone.

This cart only has pepperoni pizza or cheeseburger spring rolls, so they're not really going for authenticity. Also, it's a tiny rolling cart, they don't have space for many options or being able to keep things separate to avoid any cross contamination.

We have tried the cheeseburger spring rolls, and at first I was kinda not sure, if I was going to like them... surprisingly I liked them.
DH liked the pepperoni pizza one better... I thought that they had a all veggie spring roll.... If haven't really looked for them since the reopening..maybe they are pairing down due to the crowd size, and just putting the top sellers in play right now.

We love the Pizza Spring rolls they have .... not a big fan of the cheeseburger ones
