MK Rope Drop w EMH...for a friend

I apologize in advance but using the search function I went down a deep rabbit hole on this topic. We are planning on taking our friend to MK rope drop for her first experience but that day has EMH (We are staying at BW). Do they do anything special anymore like the train pulls up to the station type show? I recently read in a quick search that they do it by the castle.
Just trying to give my friend the Magical Rope Drop experience...we are NOT rushing to a ride or FP.

1. Yes.
2. There is a "Welcome Show" performed on the CASTLE FORECOURT STAGE (that's in the Hub, in front of the castle.) That show starts at 8:52AM.

BUT... if you arrive at 7:45AM (or earlier) and ATTEND the AM EMH...
you will already be INSIDE of Fantasyland or Tomorrowland (and not standing in front of the castle) at 8:52AM.

If you DO want to see the "Welcome Show" (and it is not nearly as exciting or popular as the former show that
used to be performed at the Train Station) you need to remember to head back to the Castle Hub in time to see the show.

Double check the hours when you are going - for example, until November 3rd, all of the times given by @Robo would actually be 1 hour earlier (e.g. castle show starts at 7:52AM). 7AM EMHs are not common (outside of this weird 2 month window) but they do happen.
