MK regular hours extended during EMH test

We are arriving on May 9th which is the first day of the night EMH test so we have been tracking the park hours. I just checked again and noticed that they have extended the MK regular hours by 1/2 hour each night . I am not sure what the hours were after the 15th, but for the week of the 9th MK is open until 9 every night except for Tuesday until 10.

Hope this doesn't mean the crowds are going to be huge!!!

I noticed this as well, I'm hoping they are just extending the park hours to be nice, not because of anticipated large crowds! I'm sprinkling pixie dust on the both of us (and every one else from the Dis) that crowds will be low that week.

May 12, our arrival day, is the first evening EMH at MK. It will be interesting to see how late they will have MK open until. I had heard three hours but there is no quarantee.

We are going the first week of May and the hours have been extended also.
9pm every night with fireworks during the week, SM and Wishes on Tues night closing at 9:30.

its been a longggg time since we have been in the MK later than 7pm.
