I'm thinking about the fruit nutella waffle. Can you get that without bananas or is the fruit already mixed?
We're thinking of going for EMH and then eating breakfast around 9:30 after riding some rides. Are there any other places that will be open for a quick breakfast...but not just some sugary roll?

Thanks! It seems like the lack of Quick Service breakfast in parks is a way for Disney to control crowd sizes throughout the day. Most people won't show up early and when there's nothing to eat of any substance until later.
We hit Sleepy Hollow at 9:15 after RDing 7DMT. They had both waffles (the fruit one, the “snack” micky with strawberry sauce, and the spicy chicken), so we grabbed snack waffles before going to Adventure Land.

They've tried offering something more substantial at all the parks and it seems it's just not financially worth it to them. Every time they've put something new out there, it closes within a couple of months. There just aren't enough people willing/wanting to spend the first few hours in the park eating breakfast.
