MK planning 2 weeks out/FP?????

I'm helping a friend plan her families Magic Kingdom day March 9th. She's buying tix today, so we haven't been able to see FP availability yet. I've always planned WAY in advance and booked FP's the minute my window opens. This close to the trip, what are the odds of getting FP's for 7DMT, Space and Splash? Trying to put together a few scenarios for her so we can figure out a plan of action.
Assuming worst case scenario, which is better to hit first between 7DMT and Space Mtn? Is Space generally super long lines all day like 7DMT?

For fun, I tried our family of 4 on that date: no 7DMT or FOF, but could get Space, Pan, ETWB, Meet (talking) Mickey, BTMRR - each of which can have very long lines - HM, and more. I didn't try doing 1 person then matching (sometimes that works when you can't' get 2+ FP+ at once). Maybe they can rope drop 7DMT or do it end of night at closing of the park, and do the FP for everything else with long waits. HTH.
