MK Photo Shoot for December Brides

Just a piece of info for any of my fellow December brides!

I e-mailed my planner today about scheduling our MK photo session for 12/17 at 6am. We got our time banana and I asked her about the Christmas lights on Main Street and the icicle lights on Cinderella Castle, since I had my heart set on having them on. I know I've heard from other brides that the lights are not on for the photo session, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask anyway. Imagine my surprise when I got this response!!

"The castle is lit all night long and much of the evening lighting is still on as there are crews in the Magic Kingdom all night long cleaning and servicing the attractions and such."



Here's hoping there's no change! From what my planner says, the lights should apparently be on!

We had our MK portraits on the 10th of December last year, and the castle lights had been turned off by the time we arrived. It was dark when we got there, but there was some daylight by the time we finished.

Oh, I know! I had heard that from quite a few December brides, and I mentioned that to my planner, so I was quite surprised with her response. I guess we'll see! lol
