MK: Peoplemover and Railroad closed

I just saw it says "temporarily unavailable" on the park hours page, but it also says closed for refurbishment. Are these actually closed for refurbishment for a while, or is it a short-term thing?

The railroad has been closed for quite some time due to Tron's construction.
The peoplemover is closed, probably because of the pandemic.

PeopleMover is closed because it needs extensive work. They keep pushing it back. I believe they are trying to get the proper parts for it.

As @doombuggy said the RR is down probably until Tron is up and running, which is a huge disappointment to me.

The last report I read on the PeopleMover was expected opening in January, though many don't feel that will really happen. Shutting it down to repair right now is better then patching it over n over, hopefully they fix it right.

Thanks for the replies. Peoplemover is a real treat for us Californians who no longer have our own (). Our railroad was closed for a long time a couple years ago, and that was tough to live without.
