This is our first trip to Disney so I only know what I have read or asked. I was looking at the times for the following;
Main Street Electrical Parade 8:00
Celebrate the Magic 8:45
Electrical Water Pageant 9:00
and Wishes. 9:00

Is there a way to watch all of these on the same day?

You can watch all except the Water Pageant. It is held outside of Magic Kingdom.

Can the Electrical Water Pageant be watched from the Polynesian Resort Beaches?

Yes, but you would miss Celebrate the Magic - projected images on the front of the Castle.

On nights the Magic Kingdom is open late you can watch the water pageant from there at 10:20. I know this because I can hear the music from my house on those nights. It's crazy how far the sound carries.
