Thanks AWM. I will have to try there. If i can find it I want to use it for background paper.
I saw some cute new stuff by Creative Imaginations today. It had a rocket down the left side. part of the new "disney" stuff. So if i cant find the stars, i can maybe use that.
Maybe tomorrow if this stuff goes away. It finally stopped after 5 straight hours
I was so close to the big J's today, I drove past it twice. I did call ahead to see if they had the safari stack and it was already out so i didnt stop.
I only have 1 group finished and still have 7 more to do, but I'll be fine and they will get done and mailed in time. I've got all my supplies and ideas, just need to put it all together.
You already have one of my groups.
One group is cut and ready to assemble.
The rest have the paper pulled, and just need to be cut & cricut pieces cut out and assembled.
Group 9A -- Tomorrowland Speedway. THere is a tag that pulls out from one of the mats. On the traffic light, I left the top two spots black intentionally, to show a green light. Does that make sense? Or does it just look unfinished? The stop, go and traffic lights are pop dotted so you can slide photos under.
Group 4 Dumbo -- the topper is clip artand is pop dotted, the paper piecing handmade, with some stickles, two tags pull out, the mats, have "ribbons" (paper strips) as embellishment
I really like both those pages Susan. I think the traffic light only showing green is perfect.
I get both those pages!!!!! I wonder if I can convince DS to ride Dumbo. He hasn't been on it in years, but I need pictures! Maybe when his girlfriend goes with us again I can have her talk him into it. He'll do it for her!
I was going to use a traffic light for my layout too. I was going to put the colors in (red, yellow, green) and put a brown vellum over the red & yellow to make it look like the green was glowing. I will have to rethink my layout now. No biggie. I can come up with something.
