MK on a Sunday?

We are leaving for Disney World next Thursday. Our original plans were to do MK on Friday, but then heard that was not a good idea crowd-wise because of EMH. So I switched it to Saturday. Now I'm hearing Saturdays are very crowded w/locals. Should I switch my MK day to Sunday? We come home on Monday, so those are our only park days.

According to touringplans.com, Saturday 1/29 is the best day to visit MK(of the days we will be there).

I have planned PS's around this, and now I am so confused!!

Go on whatever day works best for you. This time of year, certain days will still be more crowded than others, but you honestly won't notice. It's not like Friday will be wall-to-wall people and Saturday is "shoot a cannon ball down Main Street" day. The days will honestly seem about the same from a crowd standpoint. Just go when you want go, plan for crowds (thereby being ready if they're there and pleasantly surprised if they're not), and have a great time!
