Well our week is starting to wind down :( We did Epcot this past Thursday and Friday. Today we are doing MK and staying for EMH .

Any DISer's up this early that could tell me what rides at MK to hit first with our DS4? I'm figuring PoC and HM but not sure what else to get early.

Also, we would like to take our DS on a ride for the monorail today, but I don't know if we can do that. We only have base tickets and I don't know if they will let you back in the park the same day. Or is it once you leave that's it.

We're still getting ready this morning to go to MK so if anyone has the answers it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Btw, so far I haven't seen any LGMH cards :confused3 . Where are you guys?

Yes you can go back into the SAME park. Not all rides are open for EMH. Check the tv or front desk to see what's open. Have a great day. :thumbsup2

Good morning! :) How's the weather at the World today??

If you plan on getting to MK at opening, I would hit the Fantasyland rides first, specifically Dumbo. If you can get Dumbo done without a 45 minute wait, then you're doing good!! lol.

I know when we get to Fantasyland at opening, we can get all the rides in Fantasyland done by 10-10:30am. Then we head over to Toontown and do the rollercoaster (that's another ride that seems to have a long line). Visit the giftshop (can't think of the name) to see the characters, go into Mickey's and Minnie's houses. Then, near the back of Toontown, there is a "secret" path that will take you directly to Tomorrowland. You can get Buzz done, then maybe break for lunch.

I haven't seen a long line for HM in years. I'm not sure you need to plan to do that right away.

Well, whatever you decide to do today, have a magical day!! (wish I was there)

Oh, and you can get back into MK today if you leave. You just can't get into a different park. They used to stamp your hand when you left, but I think they stopped doing that.

With the advent of MYW tickets, the hand-stamps are gone.

You just need your ticket and your fingers.

Brrr. It's cold this morning. Temp is at 58. It's been pretty warm in the morning where you could still wear shorts. Today, I'm starting off with jeans then changing to shorts later when the temps start going up (supposed to be a high of 78).

Thanks for the tips on where to start!

MidgeD79 thanks for letting me know that we can still do the monorail today! DS4 will love it and we'll see if we can get him up with the engineer as well!

I haven't personally done the Fantasy land rides but Pooh should be on top of your list since several people I spoke to who has kids loved this one. Also Peter Pan will be good for kids as well.
