In 3 weeks we are headed to the world with my sister and niece and nephew. They wanted to do WWoHP. I insisted we do one day at MK for my 2 year old niece. We booked CRT for 8am. At the time we booked the park was scheduled to open at 9am. Now they have changed the park hours to 8am -1pm with EMH until 3am (we are staying at AoA). SO we are staying at the park from 8am-3am, BUT the first hour or so will be at CRT, so help me with a plan of attack. I have been several times, but never only stayed one day. However with 19 hours hopefully we can fit in everything even with heavy crowds. I am traveling with my niece and nephew, sister and 13 year old daughter who wants to ride everything in the park.
Suggestions?
Can I FP Peter Pan while we are still eating? Or The new Mermaid ride?:confused3

TIA!!:thumbsup2

Yes, you can pick up a FP for PP while eating. You should, and then you could ride it right away after eating.

My main suggestion would be to NOT try to keep a 2-year-old in MK for 19 straight hours. The usual disclaimer applies (every kid is different, and you know your kids best), but this seems like a terrible idea. I would suggest both a mid-day break (e.g. from 1-4) and not staying all the way until 3am.

I'm a little confused. You're staying at the park 19 hours with a 2 year old? I must have read wrong. I'm pretty aggressive with my own park hours and touring, but that just seems like it might not be so magical.

You will still want to be at the turnstiles by 7:30. They will still allow you into the park a little ahead of the crowd, probably around 7:45 or 7:50. If you move quickly you will have a chance for some pictures on Main Street before the crowds pour in. If they added hours for the day, then they are expecting big crowds.

Thanks!! I was hoping to FP Peter Pan. I did't know if I would have trouble leaving CRT and coming right back.

I forgot to add. My sister, niece and nephew will NOT be in park 19 hours. They are taking a break during the day and will probably leave after Wishes.
HOWEVER, my daughter (13) and I will be in park 19 hours. Sorry, should have added that to start with.

LOL, thanks for clarifying. You and your daughter should have an awesome time! :goodvibes

We used the Mobile Magic app when we were there to watch fastpass return times throughout the day. I'd have someone grab the PP fastpasses straight up at 8 AM when the machines open, then run over to meet the group at CRT. When you come out, you will probably be eligible to grab another FP. LM fastpasses are right by Philharmagic and you should be able to grab those on your way to PP.

Are you or anyone in your group interested in meeting Belle at all? I could be wrong but I don't know if Belle is at CRT anymore, only at ETWB in NFL.
After doing PP, grab a FP for LM then go straight to ETWB as it has very limited capacity and the line builds up very very quickly.
Or try doing it during PM EMH. That's if you're interested in ETWB.
Hope you have a good trip. 19 hours at MK is pretty hardcore :)

Yes, my niece will want to meet Belle!!

Thank you guys SO much!!! I know it is hardcore, BUT well worth it!!! Do you think we can cram everything in in that amount of time even with heavy crowds?

The mobile app won't work on my phone, but I do have an app that shows current wait times.

If you're in the park for that long it should be doable, even with a quick to the stitch attraction ;)

DS7 still talks all the time about the time we were at WDW until after 1am. It was a GREAT time (hit all parks but AK, it was a rainy day)! We just snacked a bunch during the day, ate at least one TS (helps restore some energy). I also have friends who did this before a cruise with a 2yo and she lasted all day until midnight (they are not people who keep their little ones out late). GREAT time! I know they paced themselves during the day, even spending some time sprawled out on a lawn, relaxing, snacking, etc.

You will have a blast! ETWB was great, DS7 had a great time too...can't wait to bring DS2 there in Dec. So...long...from...now...

If you can make it to the end, it's fantastic! My ds9 and I did a 3amEMH and it was so fun! He was playing one on one with Goofy at2am for like 20 minutes!
