guest relations at the parks don't typically deal with guests externally. you can email wdw.guest.relations@disneyworld.com though.

I am trying to track down the folks who give the tours at MK. It is not a complaint. I lost my KTTK pin and I am trying to figure out if it is possible to get another one. Do you think this email address will get to them?
