Hi everyone,

I'll be at Magic Kingdom on Sunday (9a opening)! I haven't been in over six years so I am beyond excited.

I currently have the following FastPasses:
1:05-2:05 Space Mountain
2:05-3:05 Peter Pan's Flight
6:10-7:10 Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

Since we have FP for the two most popular Fantasyland attractions and for Space Mountain, I figured we can go straight to Frontierland or Adventureland. We're looking to ride Big Thunder, Splash, Haunted Mansion, Pirates, and maybe Jungle Cruise before an early lunch at Columbia Harbor House.

We're much bigger fans of Haunted Mansion than Pirates and are kind of indifferent towards Jungle Cruise so Pirates and JC are less priority than the other attractions.

What's the best order to ride these attractions? I was initially thinking of doing Big Thunder, Splash, Pirates, and then Haunted Mansion, but I've been watching wait times this week and the Haunted Mansion queue seems to grow quickly around 10, and with a family member recovering from a semi-recent surgery I'd like to minimize backtracking as much as possible.

How would you guys approach riding those attractions? We could postpone Pirates for later in the day and do Haunted Mansion after Frontierland and maybe do Small World before lunch. I'm hoping to move the 7DMT FP earlier in the day so we can use it and maybe get a same day FP for Pirates but obviously that is not guaranteed. Any help would be much appreciated!

Curious to see the answers to your question. We are going to MK on April 12th, and I have the same fast passes for similar times, and was thinking of rope-dropping that area, too!

I would definitely do Big Thunder first, then Splash, and Haunted Mansion third. I actually did this same rope drop on my last trip and it worked out perfectly and we were always ahead of the crowds. After that, I would check on the wait times for Jungle Cruise and Pirates, but I would probably try to do Jungle Cruise first since that standby queue can be brutal, and Pirates is all indoors.

This. And be at the rope at 8am or very shortly after. Should be a breeze on those first 3 rides.

I would stick with your priorities and get those in, first, to ensure the least amount of wait time. Both Frontierland and Adventureland should be pretty good at RD, as many people will head to Fantasyland for SDMT. I think your plan should work pretty well, though both Pirates and JC might have significant waits by the time you get to them, so you can bail on those since they aren't your bigger priorities.

When I was at MK in mid-January, I wanted to prioritize Adventureland as, somehow on our last trip, we missed this land altogether. We hit Jungle Cruise then Pirates, and both had lines quickly build up after we went through. So I feel like I was just ahead of the pack. Splash was down for refurb ,but I would not have wanted to ride that first thing as I typically like to wait until it's a little warmer before the threat of getting wet.

This is what I would do as well (and have done in the past). Jungle Cruise and Pirates take too long. You can almost knock out all 3 of those rides before you'd be off Jungle Cruise. I also find JC and Pirates easier to pull same day extra FP+ for than BTM or Splash.

with your priorities I would do BTM, then HM you should get through with both in less than an hour, Pirates is a fast loader so you should find wait times at about 20 to 45min an hour after opening
