MK for hungry adults

I called to make all my ADR and got everything except something for the MK day. I wanted Ohana or Kona for dinner but no luck we like late lunch early dinner. anyone have ideas for a TS inside or a monorail ride away?

I'd recommend the Plaza Restaurant. It's relatively quiet compared to the other MK options, and serves up a selection of great sandwiches. Also, save room for the fantastic sundaes!!!

What is the date you are looking for? I have ressies for 2 @ Kona on Fri. Feb. 6 @ 6:35 that we are probably not going to use. I just haven't cancelled yet because my friend hasn't made up her mind for sure yet between there or "eating our way thru Epcot" during EMH. If this would help you out, let me know, and I will get on her to decide for sure---- which she needs to do anyway, I hate holding spots if someone else is dying to get in someplace.

What about Whispering Canyon at WL. A little loud, fun place. Just a boat ride away from MK.

There is a New Restaurant at the Contemparary
called "The Wave" and it serves B,L and D.
We will be trying it for the 1st time our upcoming trip
because it has good reviews and looks like a Cool
place to eat. It is also a "1 DDP Credit" to eat there
so not so expensive.

The GFC at the GF is fantastic and the portions are pretty large.

Yes Piglet will be there & the CP is pretty we have always gotten the best pictures at CP. We have only done the lunch so I can't help you about dinner.

I like Tony's, although a lot of folks don't (that's okay, makes it easier for me to get in). Grand Floridian Cafe is good, too. Lots of folks (definitely not me) like Liberty Tree Tavern and Wilderness Cafe. You have lots of choices.

We always go to Trail's End buffet one of the days we're at MK. It's cheap, no ressies needed and the food is good- it's at ft. wilderness campground- just hop on the boats in front of MK. It's a nice little "break"...$12.99 buffet at Disney is very cheap! They have good chilli, ribs, chicken and other things.

I would walk over to the Wave at the Contemporary or stick with the Plaza at the MK. Some of the others only serve dinner. The Grand Floridian Cafe is also a good option. Have a wonderful trip. Also, keep calling back if you really want to try one of the restaurants at the Poly, there are always cancellations.

We ran into the same issue before, so we did chef mickeys buffet. This trip we planned it this way. Jump on the monrail and you can be as hungry as you want to be!
