I tried and tried and tried from day 1 they offered this to get into the DP on my birthday 8/21 nothing not a cancellation not a walk up booked solid...then my friend (thanks dizprincess!!!) told me today of the extension... now I booked it for my son's birthday 9/12 whoohoo!!!!
The Cm made me crazy though he kept me hanging telling me all the details along with 20x about the gratuity...then finally he said the magic words I was waiting with baited breath for..."we have that available would you like to make a reservation?" AAA duh... why do you think I hung on and listened to all your verbage!!
Ahhhh ok I'm better now!! Excited but in my right mind again!

Don't be... you don't know if she was right or not. She said it... I didn't have her check those dates. Important distinction.

I just tried x2 to make reservations for this Sunday, August 30 for our anniversary. No go. It appears that they are not having it that night. Oh well, we will have to have dessert with dinner at Citricos before heading back over to the park for EMH.

I thought about making a reservation that night as it's my birthday - but they are presenting the Tomorrowland Terrace buffet dinner on Sundays in August and September and I am not sure if the two events can coexist.

I have to say... I'd rather they raise the price a few dollars and include gratuity. Its a BUFFET. Its a fixed cost. Build it into the price... as usual someone from Disney management proves just how incompetent they are at their job. I'd like to tie them up and force them to act as puppets in Its a small world.

no big - I can no doubt get better desserts elsewhere and watch Wishes from the hub if I want to...but I do agree that having both events in the same place sounds like it'd be a mess.

If I want to know what the buffet's like I'll try September 1 or 2.

Whoohoo! I got it for 9/21!!! I was hoping to watch Spectro that night, too, but the man said I needed to check in at 8pm so I wouldn't be able to watch it. I guess I will have to watch it another night.

Just picked my boys up from school, got on the Dis & saw it was extended...called ASAP, but NOTHING available for the whole 8 nights we're there. Guess they went like hotcakes, oh well.

BTW-I was told by the CM that I could check availability on-line under Terrace... , but when I tried it would only let me do one day at a time???

I just called 407-wdw-dine and was told October 31st was the end... I'm coming november 10th so i tried to book!!!! I want these desserts so bad I can taste them!!!!
