MK Extra Magic NIGHTS

Just back Jul 25 to 8/1!

Did ALL the Extra MK nights (whatever they are called)

YES they were very crowded...but no more than when I PAID last year!
YES CM's checked for the Bracelets you had to wear!

BUT THE BIG NEWS, AFTER READING THESE BOARDS ALL THIS TIME...I DIDN"T KNOW is....MOST EVERY ATTRACTION IS OPEN...not just the 'E' ticket rides(that only use to be open during these times). Hall of Presidents, Liberty Boat, Tiki Room, COP, Swiss Family Tree house....pretty much EVERYTHING!

It was real nice to be in MK at night

I am glad to hear this. We were afraid, yes very afraid , after reading some of the posts.
We only plan on using one EMH and it is at MK. We have a LTT dinner scheduled at 5:00 and were planning on staying in the park just so we can ride BTMR and Splash at night. It is sooooo cool to ride these at night and since the park closes at 8:00 in Sept. the only way to ride at night is EMH.
So if we stay only long enough to do those two we should be OK, right?

You should be fine....In fact after Midnight..the crowds really start to thin out. MK was open till 2:00am on these nights. The only ride I saw that was ludicrious was Peter Pans flight!

It was great...did a lot of new things...La Noumba, Lunch w/ Imagineer...VERY COOL! Going to atempt to write trip report. Haven't had the chance yet....Came back from WDW & right to WORK (goofing off now)

How was La Nouba...where did you sit? Where did you get your tickets...any discounts? Did you eat somewhere at DTD beforehand...if so, where?

EMH @ MGM was crowded but NOT over bearing...managed to do TOT 3 x! And there were only 3 of us in the Animation tour.

LaNouba was that MOST FASCINATING EVENT I EVER WITNESSED. Truly AMAZING.
I purchased the DVD of the show.
We sat to the left of the stage, first row, second section. It was great. I really dont think it makes a difference where you sit. All seats are great.
We ate @the POP before we went to the show....Chicken & Penne in a garlic sauce...IT was DELICIOUS (and only 6.99!)

That's good to hear, DISUNC! I wanted so much to enjoy the evening EMH at MK yet was getting scared from reading so mnay posts saying to avoid it at all costs!
ps- How is East Stroudsburg doing these days?? I was born there 40+ years ago!

It's crowded...but not unmanageably crowded! In fact I really really enjoyed MK @ night! If worse comes to worse...you go and if you find it unbearable, just turn around & go back. But you will like it.

E'burg is doing fine! We miss you here! Have you been back lately?...It's changed much in the 15 years I have been here. We have a Wal-Mart & everything....all except for a decent Movie theatre!!! I am right near the college & hospital (where I assume you were born).
