MK/EPCOT Photo Session

We are booked for our MK/EPCOT bridal photo session. If you have had one already, who was your photographer and would you recommend (or not) them?

Also, they asked if there were any specific locations I wanted there for shots. Obviously I want castle.. but what other places did you have at MK and EPCOT?

We haven't had the opportunity to book our session yet...but I can say from what I've learned from others on these boards--request Cricket. Looking at her work on the Disney Fine Art Photography website...I'd say she's one of their better photographers. All those INCREDIBLE castle shots by the moat are her's. Looking at the pictures on their website...I'm also inclined to enjoy Rick's style. I KNOW I've heard from other brides that Cricket is awesome. I haven't heard much about the other's--other than I have heard that Mike was the photographer who took Carrie's infamous MK shots...

When my fiance and I do ours...I know we're going to request the moat shot, inside castle/outside castle...and the rest of MK, I don't know. If they were going to let us go INTO the "Be Our Guest" restaurant, that's where I'd go...but I already know that Disney won't let us (I asked). I've seen other brides go to areas of the park where their favorite rides are...like Pirates or Haunted Mansion. DF and I will probably request to stay in Fantasy Land area...just because I can't think of anywhere else I think that I would LOVE to go.

Epcot session...when we go, we'll definitely be doing pictures in front of Spaceship Earth, as we feel it's truly representative of Epcot. We'll be getting Japan on our wedding...so as far as other places in Epcot, we'll probably try to hit places like Morocco--some of the more visually stunning of the pavilions.

I hope you get some great responses from other brides who have done it. I am curious myself.

Are you using Disney for all of your photography, or just the MK/Epcot shoots?

Tiffiny did you see the MK shoot on LittleKittyMarie's PJ? She room some shots at Be Out Guest... It looks like she's inside the ballroom as well.

Hi Andeesings--

I'd have to look at it again--but I'm pretty sure there's not a picture of them IN the ballroom...just the area right outside the ballroom...which is what Disney told me we could do. I'll look again though. If they let her in the ballroom, then I'll just save the picture an wave it in their face and say, "See? See? You let her do it! Let me!!!"

Hi!

Tiffiny's post got me curious - how much time for pre- and after-ceremony shoots do you get with an EPCOT wedding? Would it be the same time frame for a wishes and escape event or is there a difference?
