MK Early magic Hour question

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know for sure if they do the opening ceremony at MK on mornings of EMH. We really want to hit MK on Fiday but we love the opening ceremony and don't want to miss it.

We were at two EMH openings, 3/29 and 3/30, and they didn't do the ceremony either day.

I agree-- they didn't do the opening ceremony when we were there. It was worth it to me to miss it, though, because of all that we got done with that hour---plus being in great position to get to Frontierland when it opened.

Do you think they do the ceremony at the regular opening time? We weren't in that part of the park, but if they do it, you could head back to the entrance for the ceremony.

You don't say exactly when you are going, but if there is a chance it will be crowded, I say go early, even if you miss the opening ceremony. This was our first experience with EMH or EE or whatever you want to call it, at MK. In the past we have always gone to a different park to avoid the crowds. Well I don't know if it was because MK opened at 7 am, but I couldn't believe how much we got done. I am now a believer. One morning we did all of Fantasy Land, one all of Tomorrowland, and both days we were at the rope drop for Frontierland. Did Splash M and BTMRR, then over to WALK on Aladdin's Carpets, Pirates and Jungle Cruise. Plus we got fastpasses for something we wanted to do again- one day Splash one day Space M. And it was Easter Week! JMHO.
