MK during day of Grad night??

How busy is MK on the days of Grad night? Do the teenagers flood the park that day or do they wait until the park closes for them?

I'm considering coming a day early for our vacation, but it would have to be MK that day (we HAVE to start the trip at MK or it hasn't really started).

We can see the parades and fireworks later in the week, so that doesn't concern me, but I don't want to come to MK during the day and find it packed. What has your experience been of this??

We were there for two weekends with grad nights this past May. I didn't see any difference in park attendance during the day (nor at Pop Century where we stayed). I was worried about it but it worked out fine. But, because the park closes early those nights, you may want to stay away from MK the following night because it was EXTRA crowded that next evening due to the amount of guests who wanted to watch Wishes and Specromagic (which they were not able to see the night before).

I had been warned about that possiblity but still went because I too wanted to see them and it was our only chance. We just took our time leaving the park and everything worked out fine!
