MK Construction impacts

I'm curious about how the construction site that was Rivers of America is impacting people's experience in MK these days? It was such a big part of the visual experience of walking around, how much does it detract from the ambiance to have the construction barriers up?

For perspective, we were at EPCOT during the time they were doing construction on the central hub area and it was a huge eyesore and definitely took us out of the Disney bubble.

We were there after the walls went up and personally, it did not affect our visit at all.

Epcot walks were at the park entrance, the current construction is a ‘corner’ of the park.

Are you saying the construction at MK is Just a corner of the park?
The impact to the train going backwards is also part of the construction .
I also remember the train being down a long time for Tron … so it is not so pleasant to experience again .
But I will be happy when it is completed.

I think it has very little impact. There are few places where you can see the actual construction and that's if you are looking for it. Perhaps the limited train service is the biggest difference IMHO

The walls up are nowhere near as bad as EPCOT walls. Very sad to look over and not see the boat or buildings, but it will be better. As far as the train impact goes, I too missed the whole loop. But they had Stitch talking with the conductor over the speakers on the train. Stitch gets to drive, so to me that was a cute bit of entertainment as you rode "backwards".
