MK closing at 4:30?? (12/2)

I'm seeing a Magic Kingdom closing time of 4:30 on Monday Dec 2. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/calendars/park-hours/2019-12-02/

I've never heard of the MK closing that early. Does anyone know why? We expected to spend the early evening at EPCOT (dinner) and then park hop over to MK. Now I'm worried that park closing early will make the others more crowded during an already busy season. Any advice?

It's not a MVMCP date, so it's probably for a private event of some kind.

It is a private event, I would flip flop my plan as crowds at MK should be very light that day so head there in the morning and have dinner at Epcot if you can.
