MK Ceremony Questions

I am looking to do the ceremony inside MK at swan boat landing. I understand the initial cost for the venue is around $10,000. It used to be $28,000 which included a large amount of extras like transportation and music and entertainment.

Does anyone know what the venue includes now for the base price?
