We're beginning to plan our itinerary for our upcoming trip to WDW. There is a lot of conflicting info about when to visit each park. We're going when it is slightly busier than the times we went in the past. Last two trips were in Sept. and the first week in Dec. This time we are going the very end of April into early May. What I need to know is according to the Unofficial Guide - Thursday is the busiest day at MK. I have read that weekend and Monday is when MK is most crowded. So who do I listen to? :confused3 Given the time of year we're going, in your experience what day should we avoid MK? We still have little kids so we spend at least two days at MK. We're trying to save some money and not buy park hoppers which we usually end up only using for one day. Thanks!

I swear I read that Monday was the busiest IN the UG

The website said Thursday had the longest wait lines. Hmm Maybe the book is different. I didn't even think to double check with the book. Duh on my part.;)

I always use the UG to plan my park days and it hasn't let me down yet. We have found the UGs touring plans to be very helpful and accurate.

Can you give us the lowdown on each of the parks and their traffic patterns.

I would check the UG's website as you can use your book to plug in codes and get the exact dates you are looking for-that is what I did.

you can go to http://www.*****************/tp2/UG2_index.php?PageID=14
at the bottom of this page, it shows that Tuesday is the least crowded page for MK. Good luck....Seems like a maze to me:goodvibes
Just google The Unoffical Guide to Walt Disney World and you will get their website for their touring plans.

This is our personal research. I have no offical guides, websites, or mouseology degree to go by.

Sunday and Wednesday have always been good days for us. Get there early and you can make some great time before gets to crazy. Take a break and then hit them up agian that night.
