anyone got any knowledge of how they make the cinn rolls at the bakery, I have been know for my homemake cinn rolls but I know they wouldn't hold a candle to those at the bakery. I really think they use caramel somehow in the bottom of the pan, I use a brown sugar and butter but it is a sticky topping theres is not sticky it is more creamy.
