MK afternoon parade and 1900 Park Fare

1. About how long is the afternoon parade at MK?

2. Where do you recommend watching from?

3. If we plan to see the parade first, what time is the earliest (yet safe) time you would book an ADR at 1900 Park Fare for dinner?

I will say you will have time to make it to 1900 after the parade. We watched the parade our first time on Main Street near the end and exited and go on the monorail and still made it in time for our 4:30 reservation. Not sure if it's doable if you go earlier, but 4:30 we made it.
