MK after park close?

Does the Ice Cream Parlor, candy shop and Bakery still stay open for a little while after the park's official closing time (on a non-EMH night)?

I seem to remember things being this way when I was a kid. If so, how late do they remain open?

Those shops do alot of business as the park is closing down and people are filing out.

The main street shops are open an hour after the park/ rides close

I never realized the shops stayed open another hour.. so do the Disney busses continue to run even after closing, then? We've never stayed past closing before!
