With the new opening procedure what time do we need to be at the bus stop (POP) to make it in time to get a good view of the show?

The MK Welcome show is now done on the castle stage.
It doesn't start until 8:55.
That's now true even on AM EMH days.
So, the time you get to the resort bus shouldn't be substantially different than before. Maybe add 15 minutes earlier to your plans.

According to @yulilin3, regular guests have been allowed to enter at 7:50a.

They don't bring guests over from TTC/MK parking lot until much closer to 9AM.

Most WDW Resort guests ride the resort buses to MK EMH, and those terminate at the MK gates.

What if you are an offsite guest with a PPO ADR? Is there any issue with getting over from the TTC?

Show ADR to the CM the TTC boarding ramp for the Resort Monorail.
That monorail stops at the Poly, then Grand Floridian, then the MK gates.
Arrive at TTC at least 45 minutes before the ADR time.
