Mixology, tasting help needed for Wonder cruise

We are going to be on the 6-day, 4Jan2016 cruise from Galveston to San Juan. I would like to give, as a Christmas gift, a tasting/mixology reservation to my BIL/SIL who are on the cruise with us. Since we are traveling CL this trip (they are not), I will take care of the details at the Concierge reception when we board. My problem is that I spoke with shore-side concierge and learned that they don't know what will be offered in advance of the cruise and there is no info on-line that describes the possibilities. So, this is making it hard to come up with something I can "wrap up" for them for Christmas. Does anyone have or know of recent Wonder Navigators that would have descriptions of the possibilities? I was interested in the chocolate and liquor one, but probably shouldn't commit to one in the gift in case it wasn't offered on our sailing. If I could find descriptions of several possibilities I could make a "surprise" gift cert for Christmas for them. Thanks for any help!!!

How about you just make a generic one that says "A Bevarage Seminar of Your Choice"? then they can choose once on board and you see what is offered.

Dawn117, below is a post I did on a similar thread about tastings, though I am not sure how applicable it will be because our cruise was 10 nights and one would think they would generally have more offerings on a longer cruise, especially since we had 5 consecutive sea days. Hope this might help a little?

DD and I did the 10 night Hawaii cruise a few weeks ago on the Wonder, and because DD is "legal" we thought it would be fun to sign up for some tastings. We were going to do just 2 but while signing up, the bartender Miroslav was so funny and engaging he got us to sign up for a 3rd because he was going to be leading the class.

We did:

Old World/New World Wine tasting: We both enjoyed this. Several different kinds of wine to try and a little history thrown in.

Mixology: This one was fun but dangerous! We mixed several different cocktails and it was interesting to try the various mixes. They pulled a few people out of the class to get behind the bar and do the mixing. This was funny at times. (as an aside, it kind of bugged me that I did not witness any of those passengers being asked to wash or sanitize their hands before getting behind the bar. perhaps I missed that…)

Mojito/Caipirinha: This was probably my personal favorite as I like mojitos. Bartender Miroslav did this class and Mixology and he is a scream! I think he made both classes extra fun.

Were on the same cruise. What a nice gift - especially for the whiskey tasting!
