This may be a dumb idea or already covered - I can take criticism if so....

I was thinking that we could all bring something (not expensive, but a little gift of sorts) that represents the state or area that we are from. Then at the reception we could draw names to see who we exchange with. Kinda a version on the gift swap at Christmas game. We could do this with just DISers or include family, even have a swap geared just for the kids. This would be a good way to meet others and "mix" a little - just a thought - what do you guys think.

:bounce: I think this sounds like a great idea! :bounce:

Why don't you present it to Linda or Mac-kay via e-mail and see if they already have something like this planned. If not, maybe you can organize it. :D :) :D :)

Question: Is there still the idea of an ornament swap? Or gifts for Make-A-Wish?

Sounds great but I think we are going to get in too late to attend. Our plane doesn't get in until 7:00 pm on the 28th :(

I still would like to do an orniment swap, BUT, I don't think it was rcv'd by a lot of people.

This on the otherhand would be great. I had thought about something along these lines. I'd love to see what everyone else wants to do. This would be another way to get the kids involved in planning. I know that my girls would enjoy shopping for something from Oklahoma. Wish we could afford an oilwell, but oh well :)
