Because she is in the other room and we don’t see each other.

I get it now! Don't say it :sad2:

When DH is gaming, I usually go on the DISboards. When I'm gaming, I lose touch with everyone around and couldn't care less where they are :rotfl2:

No, it is a war program, you have objectives to complete, like capturing a enemy artillery battery or tracking down a enemy official and assassinating him..good clean fun to help you sleep at night
I especially like to be the sniper or a gunner on a helicopter

Kinda sounds like a quest or mission. I might like it. I remember playing an old blood & guts game on my computer called Death Trap Dungeon and it would freak me out if I played it at night. It was scary

I’m going to have to check into those, they sound like fun

If you like that sorta thing :confused3

I seem to spend a fair amount of time going in circles so I should be good at them

:rotfl2: You nut!

Hey - I guess you're glad the girls are back safe and sound from their trip?

I'm looking forward to reading the TR :goodvibes

They had a good time, we are supposed to go over to my parents house Sunday for pizza and to look at all of their pictures, they took almost 1,000 I think and got like 200 on their photopass

Yes, I read that! I haven't commented yet. I'm hoping to have some free time at work over the weekend for TR's popcorn::

We do the same thing with my MIL/FIL :)

Have I mentioned I love my new job! Some of the residents are soooo funny and make me laugh and a few almost have me in tears. (Those ones shouldn't be there - they're nursing home material).

Have I mentioned I love my new job!

Glad to hear it, It sure makes a difference if you enjoy what you’re doing.

I enjoy what I am doing I just wish I had more work sometimes, especially if there isn’t much going on on the DIS

Ya, that makes the day really drag on.

When I was a casual they never gave me much work and I didn't like it but now I'm pretty busy most of my shifts. By Sunday night, I should be caught up again so I'll have some play time

Oh, Sorry to hear you have to work this weekend, we have a three day weekend here, so no work until Tuesday

Except for Sunday night, maybe we’ll hit a few movies if I can drag Sorceress away from Guitar hero

OH NICE!

What is the holiday?

We haven't been to the movies since the drive-in this summer.

Our province created a NEW holiday this year called Family Day and it's in February - the 18th I think.

Well I better hit the sack - it's 2:00 am here and DH said he's waking me up early tomorrow :sad2:

High of EIGHT degrees here today Nutters!

What are you doing on the boards this late???

I'm glad you stopped by. It's boring here all alone :guilty:
Hey! You're usually never here on Fridays -- seems like Fridays and Saturdays are the only nights I can DIS late anymore.

Must have just missed you two nuts last night.

That sucks you had to work late. How often do they price changes?

Only once a year, so it's not bad. But it's still unpleasant. People just start sending in sloppy orders so they get it in on time, figuring that there is plenty of time afterward to make changes. And we have one particular salesperson who has a hard time buckling down to work. We're always after him to get his orders moving!

Today we had to take Tara to the vet again for her little itching problem. They must have had a lot of cats in there, because I could not stop sneezing! And my eyes swelled up...when the doctor was done with Tara, my mother handed me the car keys and told me to take her outside. We went to Dunkin Donuts; I stayed in the car while Mum went inside...and sneezed 6 times in the 5 minutes she was in there! When we got home, I took 2 Benadryls and promptly fell asleep. I literally just woke up.

Good Morning Nuts!

Hello, Nuts!!

Sorry I missed the posting frenzy the other night. Seems like I can never be on late at night either. Too much to do, too little time.

Thanks for the donuts, Rob. I could really go for one of those right now.

Hope everyone's having a lovely weekend so far. I know for most of us ('cept those Canadians) we still get another day off! WOOHOO!!!! :woohoo:

Have a great Sunday night.

Apparently, many medical professionals, at least in the KC area are working tomorrow as we have three different medical appointments for three different boys at three different doctors' offices but you're right in that DW and I are both off tomorrow. Although, frankly, I'd much rather have President's Day off -- I mean we just had New Year's Day off 19 days ago.

Today was my maternal grandparents' 62nd wedding anniversary. DS15 and I attended church with them and then took them out to lunch to celebrate. It's also the third anniversary of my paternal grandfather's death but I already did my crying the middle of last week when I started thinking about it.

A lot of places are in business tomorrow here in NY. Most doc offices are now doing away with this holiday and working. They give their employees a "floating holiday" instead. My Rob has to work tomorrow. He is a route salesman for Frito-Lay.
