I don't mind the odd song but I wouldn't want to have to sit through an entire CD of country music

I don't think anyone wants to play with me lately. Guess my gingerbread perfume isn't as enticing as I thought...

Have you tried dusting with cinnamon?

I had a nice morning with the kiddos and the new teacher seems nice. Most importantly, they don't start until 9am at this school. My old school started at 7:45. Therefore, I am happy.

Off to the gym. Behave.

Anyway, my mass preparations are well underway. I just totally cleaned the entire apartment. It's just so much nicer to come back from break to a clean apartment. I also packed everything up which involved approximately 17 trips to and from the car....up and down 3 flights of stairs, I might add. I am now headed to the parental house where I will proceed to pack for my upcoming life in Florida. I have no idea why I am giving a play by play of my day. I think I'm just stressed out.

I leave in the morning. In about 6ish hours, to be exact. I just talked to my sister who said she has "big plans" for after she picks me up from the airport. What she is failing to realize is that I will probably have slept 2 or 3 hours and will quite possibly be grumpy for these big plans. Actually, maybe I'll just be loopy. Loopy is better than grumpy.

I've been texting and calling people from work and apparently there was some huge blow-up between the manager and this guy I went out with while I was down there and it ended with him being terminated. (we don't say fired at Disney). So, anyway, I'm excited to go back in just to get the gossip. Not that I like gossip or anything. Hopefully it'll be just like old times.

I took DS15 to O'Charley's and we both ate very well (I had salmon, he had roast beef) and I had creme brulee cheesecake for dessert and our meal (of which we had no complaints about anything) was free, compliments of the management. All they said was "Santa came early this year." I figured the bill probably would have been around $38 with tax and I would have left a $7 tip for a total of $45. Instead, the meal was free and I left the waitress $15 so $45 less $15 gives me a $30 savings.
