Spent most of the day Christmas Shopping for the girls, still a long way from being done

A man was sitting on his porch one afternoon when he noticed that his neighbor, Blue, went out to her mailbox, opened it, and returned to her home empty handed.

About five minutes later, he saw Blue again. She checked the mailbox and once again, returned to her house empty handed.

She did this two more times before the man decided to ask her about it. "Why do you keep coming out to your mailbox every five minutes?" the man asked.

"Because," replied Blue, "my computer keeps telling me that I've got mail!"

See................that PM just proved this about me

I am sHAkiNG!

I just hauled the kerosene heater out of here, it's sitting on the front walk Well now we really have a redneck AKA swamp Yankee yard!

I was in the dining rm tidying up. Opened the door to the fam rm & out rolled the black smoke I hadn't been out of the room more than 15 minutes!
The heater has never done this before (this is only it's 2nd winter & the fuel & wick are new) and I have had it on two other times today & for a short time last nite = no problemo.
Carp! it looked like a smoke 'backdraft' in here
It was so bad I had to touch the ceiling to make sure it wasn't doing one of those 'hidden' burns
I opened the window--there's a light breeze and 10 degrees out--but the room is cleared of smoke now.

what a freakin' rush!

I'm so afraid of fire. Our little electric heater caught on fire last winter and luckily we were sitting right there but we used to go to bed with it on - NOT ANY MORE!!!!!

Great short trip at WDW! Everyting was perfect!
But, I'm swamped. It's a game weekend and my other jobs and school are busy too!
BTW, I booked my first Disney trip for a client today!! I'm so excited.
I haven't had time to read back, but I'm thinking of all of you!

Yes. You want to get it nice and big so you can have a good night's sleep. Sometimes I have to fluff mine in the middle of the night to help me get back to sleep -- or at least turn it over to the cool side.

Christmas party at Danielle and Brett's last night. Lots of people (some I hadn't seen since HS) and lots of beer. I got home at 2 and into bed at 3. I just got up at noon-ish. I feel like I got hit by a truck. I think I'm officially too old for this.

I did. I was there for 12 hours! I'm uncomfortable around that many people, but...I seemed to fit in just fine during the beer tasting in the kitchen, with the boys! Andrea came in and made a comment about to the others that "she's always had more in common with the boys than the girls." She said it with some disdain, but I'm chalking that up to the pregnancy hormones
