Just a quick hello and good night.
I was really bummed out after reading about that baby yesterday, plus my cousin's best friend lost her two HS children in a car accident as well.. I just hate hearing about these things. I could hardly sleep last night.

I'd also like to report that Dunkin Donuts makes a darn good pumpkin latte, and I just ate an entire bag of teriyaki beef jerky. That's all.

Me again...does anyone else have a dog that thinks that any blanket on the floor belongs to him/her? I was changing my sheets and Stinkerbell decided that my quilt and blanket would be a nice place for a quick snooze...

How did the rest of the weekend go?

We went to see Elizabeth, the Golden Age yesterday.
Beautiful costumes & sets, though some really inane dialogue & bizarre history.
In this version, Walter Raleigh defeats the Spanish Armada singly handedly, while a besotted Elizabeth suffers the agonies of trite dialogue & an overabundance of diffused backlighting complete with 'halo' like hairpieces,
all bludgeoning us over the head with repeated allusions to Virgin Mary & Saintliness~

Well, I still liked it!
It also served good punishment for Chris for failing to take pics @ the event!
We went out to dinner before hand, but yes, DH still got the HUMUNGOUS theatre Coke & the medium popcorn. That man can pack it away!

and he still has a slight build!

I'm not so happy about the new siggy guideline, not even sure how you figure it out or if mine is within guidelines.
But, I just loved the reason why people can't turn them off. "because new people don't know about it"
So, instead of new people reading about how to turn off the siggy if they are on dial up, we have to cut down our siggys.
Well, can't complain too much, it's a free board.
But, I know I always turn off my siggys when I'm on dial up.

I don't know what it is with my mother...she just seems completely uninterested in men. She was divorced when she was 21 and never went on another date. I know she had 2 guys that wanted to marry her, but she wanted no part of it.

Something tells me that I will be sharing her fate.

Black and white...mostly black
He had a dog bed downstairs that he loves
He is not crazy about the crate at night. His first night and he ended up in the bed..I needed my sleep.

He is smart as can be. Already knows his name, comes to you, sometimes sits. If you tell him to go to bed, he will run in his dog bed and lay down.

He is just a total cutie.

No hats as of yet, but he does have an underdog costume for Halloween.
