I'm just wasting away the time waiting till I have to go pick the girls up from school.

That was only 2 1/2 hours worth. Now I'm sitting around, trying to decide what else I want to eat. I should probably go get some more books, but it's too cold downstairs.

Liz: I noticed you said Hi in your last post and you said Hi in a post or two yesterday. I hope you're feeling ok.

Not doing much today. I got up early and went out to the apartment complex to get my tools and stepstool, and to take pictures before I left for the last time. Turned in my keys. I gave them to the assistant manager, so that means in the entire 6 years that I lived there, I never once saw the manager. If she walked past me on the street, I wouldn't know it.

Then I had a counseling appointment. Becky and I are trying to work something out for the rest of the year because she doesn't think I still need to go every other week. Now I'm pretty much just hanging out, working on clearing some of my stuff out of the porch, getting gassed out by the dog. Later this afternoon, I have to blow leaves off the driveway and sidewalk so the little rugrats don't slip tonight.

What's everyone else up to?

Maybe the 'assistant' mgr is not the 'assistant'?

You know when I did my posting frenzy to pass P&J while she was out of town one weekend, I at least went and found interesting pics to put in each post, not just the lame DIS smilies. (I think that was around the time Jean had bats in her house -- or at least the attic thereof -- and most of my pics that weekend were bat-related.)

I just bought film for the windows & ordered more wood.
It's still unseasonably warm here.

Oooh, & we made a ressie for our last day at WDW for Jan '08. so we have 5 days @ BCV, one day at POFQ and 2 days i have totally forgotten where!

We are, but she hates her new job. Not the JOB-job, but the place. The people. But I'm glad that I'm out of that apartment and now I can chill for a while.

No, she's definitely just the assistant. I've spoken to her before. That said, it is just a title - she should be the official manager, because she's just so sweet and pleasant. The complete opposite of the "manager."

Yeah, she's killing me here. I'm going to go get some air freshener and spray her butt whenever she does it. I used to do that to my ex-husband.

Ok, for reals, DS14 is too tall and too old to go trick-or-treating. DS12 is too tall but we're still letting him (probably last year) so he is going as a nearly 6-feet tall Mickey Mouse. DS9 is going as Darth Vader. DS6 is, um, hmmm, um, irk, um, I'll have to get back to you on that.

Oh, I'm good. I barely felt anything on Monday. Knee was still a bit dodgy, but now I'm back to normal. Well, "normal" for me.

Rob! I am 50 & they have got to be in their late 60s maybe 70s???
Jim said one is his father & Jim is just a tad older than I am.

I do observe they are very fit for their ages

Kids here trick or treat until they are about 14. There is a local (as in across the street tee hee) hayride through the cemetary thing that most of the older kids like to participate in.
Gee, who woulda thunk scaring the bejeebers outta your siblings would attract so much talent?
