Misty Mate cool towel vs Frogg Toggs

Does anyone have experience with both the Misty Mate cool towel and the Frogg Togg. We looked at both today at Academy Sports and they look very similar. The Misty Mate is a couple dollars cheaper. From what I can find they are similar size and I know a lot of people cut them in half.

I have found reviews for the Frogg Toggs. Can anyone give me input on the Misty Mate?

Unfortunately, I can't help, but I have seen another product advertised also. Lowes has a commercial on tv with a similar product that I was thinking about trying. I'm curious to see if you get any responses.

We JUST saw the commercial. I looked it up, it is $14.99 and it is the same size as the Frogg Togg. So its more expensive.

My daughter has the frogg togg that she uses for softball games. She has had it for 2 summers, it still works the same as day one so its well worth the money

Can't comment on the Misty Mate, but DD has the Frogg Togg for soccer games and loves it. On a budget, Bed Bath and Beyond sells Frogg Toggs and they often offer great coupons.

My DD15 is a fastpitch catcher on a select/travel team. She has a Frogg Togg. She's had the same one for a couple (maybe even 3) years now. It has held up well, through individual use and being passed around by the team, plus her first season of school ball this year. She doesn't like when it gets dirty (happens when someone drops it in the dugout) so hers is washed often. Toss it in the washer with a little soap, comes out good as new and gets packed back in its container.
