Misting fans in Canada

Hi all.I have seen postings about pre buying one of those misting fans for the park,as they are expensive at WDW.I was wondering if anyone has seen them in stores in Canada.If yes what store and what section did they hide them in.I live in Alberta.Thanks for any help.

I'm a little surprised and disapointed.Nobody has an answer to this?Someone must have bought one before going on their trip.

I also live in AB and have been searching the stores for misting fans. At Wal-Mart and Zeller's they looked at me like I was crazy. Sorry I can't be of help, but will post if I find one. Good luck.

Thanks for your reply.I know I bought one a few years ago at Klondike Days(which it will always be to me!!)Of course it is broke,but would rather not have to get another one there cause if I remember correctly it was abit pricey(though I'm sure not on a Disney scale).

It will always be K-days for me too! I leave on Friday and have been looking for misting fans but have had not found any. Good luck!

We live in Calgary and I have never seen one here either. If I spot one I will let you know. Mabey as more of the summer stock comes out we might see one!

I couldn't find any here in Newfoundland so I got 2 misty mates on e-bay.

Nice thing about buying Disney's misting fans is any problems turn the old one in and they replace it right away.

Hmmmmm I'm right on the US border and I've seen them there tons of times, which is where I got ours for last summer....maybe I should start a mister fan co-op they would be pretty cheap to ship.......those mini ones especially, and I have been looking for a good excuse to do some cross border shopping

I think that I paid about $15.00 US for 2 and That was with S&H. I think that the walmarts in Orlando also sell them.I found them great last summer

I found one at Wal-Mart a couple of years ago. They were in the camping section and cost about $8.

You will never believe where I found misting fans today. I was walking up to the till at Linens n Things and there was a whole bin of them for 14.97

Well found none at Wal-Mart,but thanks to another tip found one at Linen and Things.Not exactly what I had in mind,but bought one any way.Thanks for the help all.
