Mistake with my ADRs?

Did I make a mistake?
Last fall we took DD4 to the Norway lunch. She LOVED it because there were so many princesses there!
This year we are scheduled for both 1900 Park Fare Dinner and CRT lunch. DD4 really wants me to try and book the Norway princess meal again.
I've read mixed reviews about CRT, the quality of food and the actual character interaction. Is the interaction decent there? (our lunch ADR is kinda late - 2:15).
I have an ADR for the Garden Grill one night and I could switch that to the Princess Norway dinner instead. But I've read very good reviews about the interaction at the Garden Grill. (We do have Cape May b-fst scheduled one morning so we will see the same characters there though).
So what do you guys think we should do?

Keep Garden Grill or replace with Storybook dinner in Norway?

Given that you have CRT for lunch as well as 1900 Park Fare, I would stick with Garden Grill. Mickey is at that one and the restaurant revolves which is sort of cool. And they will be discontinuing that character meal in January so its sort of now or never! Cape May has Minnie but not Mickey. And incidentally, Cape May is wondeful, our favorite character breakfast for food and characters and while its lively and fun, its so much less hectic than Chef Mickey's.

I haven't been to CRT in a few years, but it was wonderful food when we had dinner there in 2005. I think eating in the castle at least once is a must do. So I'd just keep things as is.
