mistake on code dates?

I called yesterday 3 times to try and apply the new CCE code. The Dis says it started on 9/30/07. But, every CM told me it doesn't go into effect until 10/21/07. We check in on the 19th so they won't allow us to use it. Anybody try this code yet?

HAve you tried the disneywebsite to see if you can book through them. I noticed on the website it does say the discount starts on Oct. 21. Maybe you can book and it will apply regular prices for the days not discounted and discounted prices for the ones that are. You can add tickets and dining on the promotion on the disneysite.

hmm... I posted once already and it never showed up. Here's a second attempt...

It apperas you are arriving before the travel dates of the code you are wanting to use.
The booking period has probably started. However the travel date does not take effect until 10/21 apparently.
To use the CCE code you would need to split your res into two reservations: one without the code and then one using the code beginning on 10/21.

I had trouble booking today with a CM giving her the CCE code, and while talking to her I checked online, and the code said CCF - told her to try that one, she did and it worked (I was booking for Oct. 22 -25 at the AKL). I'm sure it said CCE before because I had written it down - not sure what happened, but as long as I got what I was after, I didn't care what letters they were

It could be that CCF is the on line version of the package. Those codes will be different for each method type of booking.
