Do you think Kaylee Gain's assailant should be tried as an Adult regardless of whether Kaylee survives or not?

I am all for giving Juveniles second chances,TO A POINT, but this crossed the line.

I have a hard time not having an emotional response to these situations. My emotions make me want to say that girl should be tried as an adult and should be placed in prison for the rest of her life. I do wonder how she got to a place where she would even do something like this, though. There is simply no excuse.

This must be another one of those tragic regional stories
I haven’t read anything about it but I just googled and found a story in the NY Post, the tabloid that no one wants to be seen in. Just sad.
