Mission Spy RP

Alex: She looked expectantly at Sidney. Glad the attention was completely off of her.

Joey: "But I think we would need more than one inventor to work on that. Penney would be over worked." Everyone looked at Sidney.

Rarity: "Well?"

Sidney: He looked up, realized everyone was looking at him, and pulled out his headphones. "What?"

tigerkitty said:
Sarah: "Will you help Penney invent more equipment? We may need it to defeat the terrorists."

Sidney: "You're benching me?! But I'm one of the best field agents in this room! I only build and repair hand-held range weapons, I don't mess with tech and I don't 'invent'!"

Sarah: "We aren't making you an HQ. We can't afford to loose a fielder. Believe me, you will be on every outing. But we need someone to help Penney. She can invent and you can modify, or improve. Will you help? We need the gadgets and equipment as soon as possible!"

Sidney: "I don't get paid enough for this, but I suppose I can make weapons. But she's on her own for gadgets," he said, barely keeping from groaning.

Sidney: He rolled his eyes and gestured for her to move on. He better be given a raise.

Sarah: "Penney, try to come up with a disguise gadget and an invisible gadget."

Penney: "On it." She turned to her tool bench and looked for some parts and tools. She hooked up her new ray to her computer and downloaded all identities from a small termite to a giant. She put in a battery and handed it to sidney so he could check it. Then she started working on the invisibility ray. She took out her Periodic Table paper and found the elements to make invisibleness. She poured the correct amount in a cylinder and tested it on a piece of cardboard. It worked. So she built the ray and poured the invisibility into a compartment, then handed it to Sidney. "So do they need repairs?"

Penney: "On it." She took the gadget from his hand and started working. After a while, she handed it back. "There, how's that?"

Sidney: "Better." He could make it so much better, but he didn't care enough.

Penney: "Okay, how about the identity ray?"

OOC: If he just had her fix the identity ray, pretend she said invisibility ray.

OOC: No, that's the right one.

Sidney; "It's fine."

Sidney: "Not really."

Penney: "Okay. I'm sure we will figure something out."

Sarah: "Okay. We need to come up with a plan."

Rarity: "We could take the leader of the group and hold him or her hostage until they give up their little roguish acts."

Joey: "But they will just strike again. They aren't afraid of us. We have to make them afraid uf us. Bomb them, kill their leader, something."

Rarity: "That's true. We need to establish fear and respect. But bombing them will just make them furious. They will risk their lives for their cause. One person's, or multiple people's death isn't going to stop them. We need not to threateningly scare them off, because it won't work. We cannot afford to fail again."

Joey: "We could just disable their transportation, communication, and technology, then bomb them."

Rarity: "How are we supposed to do that?"

Joey: "Surely we have some HQ person who can do that stuff." He looks around for someone to step up.

Fiona: "Or we could just, I don't know, kill them? Oh, if only that would make the problem permanently fixed," she said sarcastically.

Sidney: "Nah, we're fine," he said disinterestedly to Penney. He was far more interested in the other conversation. "We need to make them fear us and we need to get rid of them. They're terrorists, they don't respect anything or anyone, there's no sense in trying to sugarcoat things or pretend that we could show them mercy and not get killed."

Joey: "We aren't being merciful what-so-ever, or sugarcoating anything. Just cool down. Your way isn't always the right way. And when we mentioned being respected, we meant establishing esteem."

Sidney: "Well, however we do it, we have to wipe them off the map completely, and if we can do it brutally or powerfully enough, we can ward off other groups." He smirked at the esteem part, not saying what he was thinking.

Fiona: She shrugged. "Well, I'm never going to agree to a plan that does not involve the deaths of our enemies, just letting you know now. Although you should have figured that out by now, I've been an assassin for a long time now."

Andrea: She paid attention, saying nothing.
