Mason: Mason blinked, he was surprised at the question. It was rare that someone was interested in what he did. Normally people were only interested in the field work. "I like it. It's definitely where I belong. I'm really detail oriented, so it makes it easier to keep track of everything that's going on."

Scarlet: she tilted her head slightly, fascinated. "I don't know how you do it. I would be so worried that I'd miss something, or get really disorganized. All I have to do out in the field is what you tell me to. Do you get mad when people go against what you say? Like you have no control over what happens? I think that would scare me more than actually risking my life out there."

All I have to do out in the field is what you tell me to. Do you get mad when people go against what you say? Like you have no control over what happens? I think that would scare me more than actually risking my life out there."

Mason: "that's true, we can't control everything. But we're there to help" he didn't want to go against Scarlet at all but what Sidney was saying was right too. To make up for it he said "you have to be really brave to not see the fear in it anymore."
