Mission Space & Test Track

I have 2 questions:

1) Can you go into Mission Space without having to take the ride?

2) Is there any drop at all on Test Track? (DD won't go on if there is)

We'll be visiting Epcot to tour for the first time, we've only eaten Teppanyaki there so far and went back to MK.

1) You can go through the exit to the area where there is a fun interactive group game. Of course you could go through the queue and out the exit (the CM will show you, you basically just keep walking). Outside the "gravity wheel" in the queue, there is not much to see.

2) No - not at all. I hate drops. I cringe even in Pirates. At one point you go down a hill, but it's not at great speed. Like you are driving down a hill, not falling. I have no problem at all on Test Track.

If you are going after the spring, try Soarin' at The Land. It's a very mld, but breathtaking ride. No drops. You are lowered at the end, but it's very smooth. Only an EXTREME fear of heights/flying would be bad on that ride.

I think we'll give MS a look, good to know there's something to do in there.

I'm so glad to hear our DD will be able to join us on TT, that's great.

We'll be there April 20-30th, so I hope to try 'Soarin as you mentioned, sounds fun too.

Soarin' is supposed to officially open May 5th, I believe, but throughout the week that you are there, they will probably be having a "soft opening" of the ride. Have fun! I've heard it's great!

I'm hoping for a soft opening, I just read about it and saw a picture of the ride. It looks fun indeed
