It seems like last summer (before the introduction of the "tamer" version of M:S), you could usually get on the ride with little or no waiting most of the day.

Has anyone been on M:S this week? Are the lines longer now with the new version of the ride?

Went on M:S on Sunday, May 28, around 2pm. Green line (tame version) was listed at 10 minutes but it was a walk-on. The Orange line (original version) had a little bit longer line but I'd say around 10-15 minutes even though the posted sign said 30 minutes. By contrast, Soarin' had all FPs gone and standby line was 110 minutes, Living with the Land was 40 minutes, and Test Track was at 110 minutes also.

As far as the tamer version goes, it felt a little like Soarin' on steroids. Where Soarin' is a smooth ride, on M:S even though the spinning's gone, you still feel like you're riding a rocket. You can actually feel some pressure, and movements. It was very cool and definitely more family friendly.

We got fast passes, although the wait was less than 15 minutes for the orange(intense) and about 10 minutes for the green.
We were just there 2 days ago
