Mission Space Fastpass

I just booked my fastpasses for my trip in August, and I was wondering how the Mission Space Fastpass worked. There are 3 of us in our group that want to do Orange and 6 who want to do Green, but there is only one Mission Space Fastpass option. Can that fastpass be used at either Orange or Green?

Can be used for either.

When you scan your MB the first time they ask if you want Green or Orange.
