Gosh, what have I started? Nostalgia for various
Disneyland/Magic Kingdom attractions has invaded the thread. (Well, that's a message board for you . . . )
My most vivid memory of Flight to the Moon actually comes from the pre-show, when you're in with "Mr. Johnson" in the control room.
An alarm goes off and they cut to a video of the runway, where a large, awkward bird is trying to come in for a landing. That was a 1960's version of comic relief.
If I had any points left to give out, I'd offer them to anyone who can describe that one more clearly. (And if you're wondering what all these points are good for, watch this space.)
