Make sure you alert a photopass photographer. That's what we did. He got some great pictures.

How exciting!!! Congrats to you and your GF!

My DH proposed to me in front of Cinderella castle the day we got there. I knew about the trip and was hoping for an engagement but once we got there, those thoughts flew out the window because I was too excited to be in WDW again.
He told me to wait (by the entrance) and went to get a cast member (telling me he wanted them to take a picture of us in front of the castle). So they come back over and part of the entrance was roped off so we went to the area that people couldn't go (CM said it was OK, know what was up) and DH got down on one knee. I thought he was just being cute at first until he pulled out the ring box and said "I have a question for you."
It was so cool and I'm so happy that we have pictures of the whole thing. People that were walking through saw what was going on and stopped to congratulate us and hug me. It was so special!
You will have a story to tell forever no matter when/where you do it.

i love this! thats the kind of luck i want! i'm still torn on what to do! i know she loves tony's and i'm trying to arrange a personal 'lady and the tramp' moment for us - but so far i'm being told, "No." - i'm being pushed in the direction of paying $300 (plus 20% tip and tax) at Cinderella's Royal table -- which I have zero interest in doing. Either way, it will easily be a moment to remember!!

Ok, so it dawned on me this morning -- I'm going to propose by Tony's, where the heart and paws are drawn into the cement. I'm a big fan of photography and setting up neat shots - SO - I'll suggest we go over and put our hands by the paws for a picture, while we're down out comes the ring. before hand i'll try to lure a photographer over and quickly explain what is about to happen, but i think it would be great. My girlfriend loved our meal at Tony's and loves the Lady and the Tramp story...it seems perfect!

how does that sound? thoughts?

Sounds super special!! Just pass it off as an "I just want to get this picture" deal and she's be super surprised! And keep the ring in a super safe place so you don't loose it all day on the rides.
