Missing Photopass Pics

We just got back from our trip Saturday. I'm going through our photos and starting to download as we bought memory maker.

I have noticed 3 photo are missing. Two space mtn pics and one buzz. The cast members said since we used FP for the ride they would automatically link.

Is there anyway to recover these? Will they be able to do anything if I call? Anyone have similar issues?

I believe if you call they are pretty good at finding anything that is missing. I have heard that anyway. It can't hurt to try.

contact them through Photopass help and they will find them for you.

We had some issues depending on who scanned their band, but I caught it and they found them.

Call them. It helps if you give them time, date, and description of the people in the pics. We have had great success with them finding lost pics.

I think it would be a job that I would like. Buzz Lightyear. Around 2 pm on Wednesday. A man with a red hat and green glasses. A child with brown hair, braces and a Scooby Do shirt. On it.

I've had great success with the online help. Fill it out with info about the missing pic (like the description above) and add a photo of who you're looking for (something from the same day so you're wearing the same clothes or if you happened to take a pic of the ride pic with your phone or something). They've found all but one missing photo over multiple years.

Another recommendation to use the "missing photo" feature on the PhotoPass help page. Over the last few years they've found multiple photos for me. The few they couldn't find turned out not to have been taken (the on-ride photography mechanism wasn't working).

I agree about the online help for missing pix. They have found all those that were missing when I filled in the form with date, time and description of people in pix.
