Missing photopass photo

I am missing all but 6 photo. took more than 250 pictures in all 4 parks from 8/19 to 8/27. Has asked CM at hollywood studio on 8/26 to add photos to photopass cards taken at the akerukus norway princess dinner and at chef mickey. I was told I have more than 250 pictures at that time and I took more photos on 8/27. I claim the photo today 9/5 but only 6 photos from chef mickey are there. I took these pictures with my mom whom hasn't been to disney for 23 yr along with my 5 yr old daughter. This is also the first time I have gotten the preorder CD since this was a special trip for my mom. I am very afraid almost all of the photo that were taken are now gone.

Have this ever happen to anyone? what should I do? I have emailed photopass service who supposely gets back to me in 24-48 hrs. do you think these photos can be found? thanks

This happened to me when we went in April. I came home and looked through the pictures only to find some were missing. I emailed them the information about the missing pictures...date, where they were taken, who was in them, etc, and they were able to find all of them. It only took them a couple of days and I got an email that they had found them. I logged in and sure enough, they were all there!! Hopefully they will be able to find yours as well!

We misplaced one of our photopass cards one time (didn't write down the number either). It was from the MVMCP and we really wanted the picture they took of us with Santa. So, I emailed the photopass people, told them what date our photopass was from, how many were in our party and what we were wearing (very important). In about a week, they found them and uploaded them onto our other photopass.

Yes, please contact photopass. With a great description, they can locate your photos. They are awesome at that.

I hope the photopass people can find those pictures. The only worry I have is that the missing photos span 9 days and in all 4 parks. We sometime went to 2 parks toward the end of the trip.

My daughter and I go to disney once or twice every yr so if the photos are only of 2 of us, there are not as bad. But it took a lot of persuasion to convince my mom to go with us to WDW this yr; she kept saying WDW is for kids. I want the trip to be perfect for her so she will go with us again in 2 to 3 yrs. so I really need these photos for her. thanks for listening to my ranting.
